  • Client Information: Retained for seven (7) years after the conclusion of the client relationship for legal and regulatory compliance purposes
  • Website Analytics Data: Retained for twenty-six (26) months (Google Analytics default retention period)
  • Marketing Communications: Until you opt out or unsubscribe

We may retain certain information longer if required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or for legitimate business purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

If we decline your request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), depending on certain thresholds. While Altologic may not meet the thresholds for full CCPA compliance, we provide the following information as a courtesy:

  • We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days
